Terms of Service

1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 360 Travel Blog ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Wander Wise trip planning application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Wander Wise is a trip planning app for organizing itineraries, bookings (hotels, flights, trains, rental cars, and activities), shared expenses and settlements, planning checklists, trip documents, and trip invites. You can invite other travelers to view and collaborate on a trip.
3. Accounts
You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you add or share with your travel companions. Keep your Google account credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Only add information, photos, receipts, and documents that you have the right to share. Do not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and do not attempt to access trips or data you were not invited to.
5. Your content
You own the trip information, documents, and other content you add to Wander Wise. You grant 360 Travel Blog the limited rights needed to store your content, display it back to you, and share it with the travelers you invite to your trips. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Travel information shown in the app — including weather, dates, times, and booking details — is entered by users or retrieved from third-party sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm reservations, schedules, and travel requirements directly with the provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 360 Travel Blog is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for travel disruptions, missed bookings, or losses arising from use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your trip content in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at cliffwool17@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
9. Changes and contact
